Ice Cream Truck Rental Plans

Rent a Captain Kool Ice Cream Truck for all types of special events. Every Year Local Unions, Banks, Church Fairs and local Detroit Companies having a picnic party choose to rent a fully loaded ice cream truck from CK Corp.. You can drive them yourself, or have a CK Corp trained route driver pass out our delicious Ice Creams to event participants. You can choose your own ice cream bars- Frozen desert cups -popsicles or the simplest way is to have us inventory a fully loaded truck prior to the event. You pay the wholesale counter price for all items passed out to event folks offering them a variety of choices. Novelty Ice Cream signs are customized for each event based upon your Novelty Ice Cream choices.

Often schools, block parties, and local plants or retail businesses call Captain Kool to schedule a one time, or weekly, drive-by of a fully loaded Ice Cream truck. We gladly arrange these and our drivers can pass out Ice Creams and settle right then with your office staff coordinator, or arrange billing your company for the retail street price of the Ice Creams given as a corporate promotion. Great idea for banks and car dealers as a customer appreciation PR gift which can be tax deductable. Below your find the details on our daily truck rentals rules and regulations. Truck Rental event procedure policy:

	Driver must have a valid Michigan Drivers License. CK drivers are paid $25.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. A driver helper gets paid $15.00/hr. Minimum order for Ice Cream is $300.00 at wholesale counter prices.
	Ice Cream trucks are reserved 1 week in advance for all day truck events. You may request a special drive-by event for any Date & Time, and just pay the driver the normal truck price with at least a 2 day notice notice. We service 20 routes in the Macomb and Oakland Metro Detroit Cities.
	Truck reservation advanced deposit is $100.00 and the truck rental fee is $125.00 for the day. All trucks have cold plate all day freezers so Dry Ice is not required.
	We furnish Ice Cream signs showing your choices with special pricing and spoons for frozen cup items. Trucks have to be picked up before 2PM and returned to our lot by 10PM the day of the event. Multi-day events can purchase additional Ice Creams before leaving our lot.
	All orders for Truck event Ice Cream are paid at time of pickup unless prior approval from CK Corp. management for a billing account. Company checks and cash are the only acceptable payment methods.
	Event customers can print out the above price list or call (586) 755-4888 when reserving or verifying your Truck rental date. We will then mail, e-mail or fax you the event guides, currently available ice cream price list, and you can stop by the office or fax us your event order.

Free Ice Cream Carts for parties, when you purchase a minimum of $100 in wholesale priced Ice Cream Bars, Sandwiches or frozen treats. Ice Cream Cart Event Procedures & Policies from CK Corp Ice cream carts are available for event rentals, and require 1 week advance notice to reserve cart. We appreciate customers filling out orders in advance and paying for ice cream the day of the event. (Cash or Company Checks ONLY.) Customer is normally required to arrange for pickup on event day - and return of cart by next day. Full size Van or open pickup truck required. Customer needs to bring straps to secure the cart in their vehicle. We only have 7 Ice Cream Push Carts available so reserve yours well in advance of your event date.
