From April to September every year CK Corporation is hiring full, and part time, Captain Kool Cream truck route drivers. Our fleet if neighborhood ice cream trucks are all inspected and licensed to operate in 20 Metro Detroit cites 7 days a week. Drivers are paid 25-30% of the daily ice cream sales on their assigned route and at special events like Fireworks displays, Muscle Car cruises and company picnics.

Truck Driver Job qualifications: you must be 18 years of age have a current Michigan drivers license have and clean driving record. Pass a criminal background check. Pass a health test for your specific city vendors permit. Our available routes are in suburban Eastside Detroit area cities, and we get many drivers returning year after year. Perfect for Military veterans, house wives, school teachers and others seeking a no pressure job driving slowly down the safest streets in the Metro Detroit area. We occassionally have used Ice Cream Trucks for sale, which are completely outfitted and inspected to offer owners a turnkey route truck that will perform year after year. Captain Kool knows what you will need to operate a mobile Ice Cream vending route. We also offer a daily leasing plan for independent operators who purchase Ice Creams from our warehouse. All Captain Koo Trucks have efficient Cold plate freezers and have the required safety signage and equipment, to pass the local city permit requirements. This makes dollars and sense when comparing tota ownership costs. After 30 years of running 20+ trucks on local routes we refuse to sell you anything, from ice cream to used trucks we personally wouldn't use ourselves.
