Ice Cream Special Events
CK has participated in hundreds of Ice Cream special events for over 25
years for company and Union picnics and employee gatherings, fireworks displays, school
parties, Church fairs, City parades and summertime wedding parties. We offer daily truck
and Ice Cream push cart rentals and allow event coordinators to choose from over 60
novelty ice cream bars at wholesale prices. Everyone loves ice cream and you can
have fun while raising some money or spreading some Good Will with
employees -family and friends with Captain Kool Ice Creams...
  
Cart Event Procedures &
Policy
Ice cream carts are available for event rentals, and require 1 week advance notice to
reserve cart. We appreciate customers filling out orders in advance and paying for ice
cream the day of the event. (Cash or Company Checks ONLY.) Customer is normally required
to arrange for pickup on event day - and return of cart by next day. Full size Van or open
pickup truck required. Customer needs to bring straps to secure the cart in their vehicle.
We only have 6 rental carts so reserve your well in advance.
Standard fees:
- Daily cart rental fee is 25.00. This is waved if you purchase a minimum of 100.00 in
whole priced ice creams. Carts hold up to 10 boxes of ice cream bars and our event
coordinator can assist you in most popular selections.
- Deposit for reserving cart is 100.00 and is paid in advance.
- Select your Nodality Ice Creams before the day of event. You are responsible for
returning the cart after each event day.
- All ice cream is billed at wholesale prices shown below and paid for at time of pickup.
Total event pricing can be faxed to you prior to event day or you may print out price list choices on the below form and fax it back
to us.
- Dry Ice -50lbs is 25.00 and ½ block -25lbs is 15.00. One full block should last for 24
hr period to keep ice cream from melting.
Get a free Deluxe Cold-plate
Freezer push cart with purchase of $150 at wholesale prices. Deluxe
cart Delivery pickup fee starts at $100 based upon mileage from our
warehouse.
 Carts come with an Umbrella and easy roll bicycle
type wheels. We pre-load your ice cream order and store the cart in our warehouse freezer
the night before your event date. Dry Ice block is added when you pick up the ice cream
push cart.
Ice cream signs with pricing - plus spoons- are included with each
rental. Customer is not charged a daily cart rental fee if they purchase a minimum of
100.00 in wholesale ice cream- allow 2 weeks advanced notice. Cart returns are to be done
before 10PM on event day, or by 2:00 PM next day. No refunds are given for excess ice
cream not sold, due to health code restrictions. Customers who pre-pay event ( $100.00)
deposit may fax in their order up to day of event. All orders are to be paid at time of
pickup unless prior approval has been granted by CK Corp. management. We do not accept
credit cards -Cash or check only. 586-755-4888.

Ice Cream Step vans for Special Events
Rent a Captain Kool Ice Cream Truck for all types of special events. Every
Year Local  Unions, Church Fairs and companies having a picnic party
choose to rent a fully loaded ice cream truck from CK Corp.. You can drive them yourself
or have a CK Corp trained route driver pass out our delicious Ice Creams to event
participants. You can choose your own ice cream bars- cups -popsicles or the simplest way
is to have us inventory a fully loaded truck prior to the event. You pay the wholesale
counter price for all items passed out to event folks offering them a variety of choices
based upon post event inventory.
Truck event procedure policy:

Driver must have a valid Michigan Drivers
License. CK drivers are paid $15.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.

Ice Cream trucks are reserved 1 week in
advance for all day truck events. You may request a special drive-by event Date & Time
and just pay the normal truck price with one weeks notice.

|
Truck deposit is $100.00 and the truck
rental fee is $90.00 for the day. All trucks have cold plate all day freezers so Dry Ice
is not required.

|
We furnish Ice Cream signs showing your
choices with special pricing and spoons for frozen cup items. Trucks have to be picked up
before 2PM and returned to our lot by 10PM the day of the event.

|
All orders for Truck event Ice Cream are
paid at time of pickup unless prior approval from CK Corp. management. Company checks and
cash are only acceptable payment methods.

Event customers can print out the above
price list or call (586) 755-4888 when reserving or verifying your date. We will then mail
or fax you the event guides, currently available ice cream price list, and you can stop by
the office or fax us your event order.
