Ice Cream Cart Event Procedures & Policy
Ice cream carts are available
for event rentals, and require 1 week advance notice to reserve cart. We appreciate
customers filling out orders in advance and paying for ice cream the day of the event.
(Cash or Company Checks ONLY.) Customer is normally required to arrange for pickup on
event day - and return of cart by next day. Full size Van or open
pickup truck required. Customer needs to bring straps to secure the cart in their
vehicle. We only have 6 Ice Cream Push Carts available so reserve yours well in advance of
your event date. |
Standard features of our Ice
Cream Cart Event program:
- FREE Ice Cream Cart when you purchase a minimum of 100.00
in wholesale priced ice creams. Carts hold up to 10 boxes of ice cream bars and our event
coordinator can assist you in most popular selections. Cart serves several hundred people
depending on size of ice creams selected.
- Deposit for reserving cart is 100.00 and is paid in advance. We hold the check till you
return the cart
- Select your Novelty Ice Creams before the day of event. You are responsible for
returning the cart after each event day.
- All ice cream is billed at wholesale prices shown below and paid for at time of pickup.
Total event pricing can be faxed to you prior to event day or you may print out price list with your choices and fax it back to us.
- Dry Ice -50lbs is 25.00 and ½ block -25lbs is 15.00. One full block should last for 24
hr period to keep ice cream from melting.
Carts come with an Umbrella and easy roll bicycle type wheels. We
pre-load your ice cream order and store the cart in our warehouse freezer the night before your event date. Dry Ice
block is added when you pick up the ice cream push cart. A small, or large, open bed
pickup truck is recommended for transporting carts. A full sized Van also has enough floor
to roof height clearance as the cart's wheels cannot be removed.
Ice cream signs with pricing if requested - plus spoons- are
included with each rental. Customer is not charged a daily cart rental fee if they
purchase a minimum of 100.00 in wholesale ice cream. Allow at least 2 weeks advanced
notice. Cart returns are to be done before 10PM on event day, or by 2:00 PM next day. No
refunds are given for excess ice cream not sold, due to health code restrictions.
Customers who pre-pay event ( $100.00) deposit may fax in their order
prior to day of event. All orders are to be paid at time of pickup
unless prior approval has been granted by CK Corp. management. We do not accept credit
cards -Cash or personal or company checks only. 586-755-4888.

Captain Kool Ice Cream is a hit at any
type of party or promotional event. Nothing beats passing out delicious
Ice Cream at Company and Union picnics and family reunions, fireworks displays, school
parties, Church festivals, City parades and summertime birthday parties. Often smaller
party event customers just purchase a block of dry ice, along with wholesale priced ice
cream bars, and place them both in a cooler. We have several large Igloo Coolers we loan
out, if customers return them by the next morning. You
create the party theme... we furnish the Ice Cream. We also rent out Ice
